COMMON GROUND

Common Ground articulates one of the pillars of the festival, as a model of cultural democracy. The artists participating in LA 18 presents during three hours and three afternoons their work simultaneously in public space in front of the City Library / Stadsbiblioteket on Thursday September 7 2023, 12.00-15.00, on Friday September 9th , 12.00-15.00 in Bältesspännarparken, and on Saturday September 9, 12.00-15.00, in Brunnsparken.

We do all use public space everyday as a room to which we all have access. As such this common ground incarnates democracy, which belongs to all citizens. A space which also suites the mobile and human qualities inherent in performance art and embodied by Live Action. Welcome to explore Common Ground, a meeting place of imagination and human potential.
