Each year Live Action present some of the most cutting-edge performance artists on the international scene.This years line-up is no different. Live Action stays humble in the way we present these artists, treasuring performance art’s quality of being both close and underground. Our gender equal line-up is always of high quality, showcasing artists from all over the world, while simultaneously investigating new ways of presenting contemporary art outside of the institution. Besides showing performance art in a dedicated space in our evening program, Live Action transforms public space into an arena of intuitive imagination. Changing our ordinary common ground through an intrusion of performance artists all over the spectra, invigorating our experiences through the unexpected and the unknown.
